Resize a picture by Microsoft Office Picture Manager Thai flag

First of all, you have to copy the picture to be resized to the folder "...\my documents\my pictures"
Step 1 Open Microsoft Office Picture Manager. This software is in Microsoft Office Menu (No.1 and No.2)



Step 2 When the window of Microsoft Office Picture Manager opens, it displays the picture in the folder "...\my documents\my pictures" Click the picture (No.3) to select the picture which you want to resize then click "Picture" (No.4) to open picture menu.



Step 3 Click "Resize" (No.5) to open resize settings window. Click "Percentage of original width x height" (No.6) to select the way to resize. Enter percentage to resize (No.7). The new size is computed (width and height) and displayed (No.8) Then click "OK" to confirm.(No9)



Step 4 Save the resized picture. Click "File" (No.10) to open File menu. Select "Save As" (No.11) to enter file name. The default file name is the name of original picture. You should edit it in order to keep the original picture unchange(No.12). Finally, click "Save" (No.13) to confirm.
